To report a problem or issue to IT, please click on one of the links below:

  • HelpDesk Online SelfService (Faculty/Staff Only)
    TrackIT Self Service is a web interface for Faculty and Staff to Support Desk. TrackIT Self Service allows you to see your requests, who's assigned to help you and monitor progress. You can make additions, changes or create a new request.You can also search the solutions database for common solutions.
     
     
  • Email Support Desk
    SUPPORT DESK is our local Goizueta help line for Students, Staff, and Faculty to use for requesting services and support from Goizueta Information Services staff. Please note, for URGENT requests call the Support Desk phone (404-727-0581 or 70581).
