About Us

Goizueta Technology Services is the local information and technology department for the Goizueta Business School. While our primary focus is on faculty and staff as well as Emory-owned equipment in the building, we do offer some services to our students as well. We are the main point of contact for most IT and AV requests and collaborate with other departments to make sure our community is taken care of. We are comprised of six groups:
- Enterprise Architecture and Infrastructure Services
- Product Management and Development
- Business Intelligence
- Research Consulting
- Customer Engagement
- IT Finance and Administration 

We cover areas such as software/hardware configuration, purchases, classroom system maintenance, faculty research, internal web development, technical project management, server maintenance, and best practice consultation. We also provide basic training on how to use the audio-visual systems in our building as well as guidance on how to use collaboration tools such as Skype for Business and Box.

If you don't know who to contact about a question, that's no problem - we will route it to the right group or person. If we don't have the info you need, our service desk will make sure that the request goes to the right folks or work with you to find an answer!
